Neinor Homes, leader in residential development in Spain. With more than €1.8 billion of assets, it complements its activity with other lines of residential rental and bank servicing.
Objective
Neinor had two important challenges: to optimise campaigns in the main acquisition channels and to optimise dedicated resources.
Solution
Making Science tackled this challenge through Performance Max campaigns, capable of reaching consumers in all conversion channels (Shopping, Search, YouTube, Discover, Display...) with a single campaign and with ad-machina technology, capable of automating the creation of creative assets (text, image and video) with AI and capable of linking ads to the availability of homes for sale and/or rent.
Results
In March, ad-machina was activated in a test-control strategy on a set of 23 existing campaigns representing 50% of the investment in Performance Max. The results of this proposal far exceeded the client's expectations with a 50% improvement in cost per conversion and a 10x multiplier in the conversion rate.
